Carl F. Taylor began his professional civil engineering working career in 1976 and became registered as a Professional Engineer in 1979. In his 48-year professional career, he has worked on hundreds of projects in public works, federal, military, transportation, urban development, institutional, commercial, and industrial market sectors for city, county, state, federal, and private clients. Carl has mentored dozens of younger engineers throughout his career.

Carl’s has a well-deserved reputation as a practical problem-solver, a talented hands-on design engineer, and a skillful leader of project teams. He takes great pride in being a good civil engineer, and professionally most enjoys designing projects and leading teams on complex projects.
