The project widened a portion along the north side of Bluebird Canyon Drive, from approximately Rancho Laguna Road westerly to provide an eight-foot-wide roadway shoulder. The widening included the construction of a four to eight-foot-high-soldier pile supported retaining wall system. Other improvements included installing new storm drain facilities with water quality filters, guardrail system and landscape improvements, and utility conduits for future use. Services included topographical mapping, utility research, geotechnical investigation, water quality and environmental documentations, and preparing conceptual and construction drawings.
