Our Distinguished Panelists:

Kasie Bowden

Kasie Bowden is a General Superintendent who has worked for Hensel Phelps in Southern California for 18 years. Kasie's most significant contribution to the construction community includes co-founding the non-profit organization Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS), which is geared towards growing a community for women leaders in the operational side of construction. On the weekends, she loves making breakfast and going on bike rides with her husband, and two young children.

Jack Madrid

Jack Madrid is a Senior MEP Estimator with 5 years of experience within the industry, 2.5 of which were with McCarthy Building Companies. He is responsible for trade procurement, design management, maintaining relationships with subcontractors, and developing team members. Jack enjoys spending his free time with his fiancée, on the golf course, and on the ski slopes. Fun Fact – Jack raced cars from the time he was 5 to 20 years old.

Aniket Parkhi

Aniket Parkhi is a Construction Manager with Jacobs PMCM SoCal, boasting over 18 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry. His impressive portfolio includes high-profile projects like the Alameda Corridor Trench Project in San Gabriel, the Mid Coast Transit Trolley Project in San Diego, and the award-winning $2 billion I-405 Improvement Project in Orange County. Aniket oversees the performance and development of his construction management team, including sub-consultants, ensuring project runs smoothly. When he’s not managing construction marvels, Aniket enjoys quality time with his two kids and his beautiful wife who, by the way, is also a Civil Engineer and runs her own consultancy. Aniket grew up playing cricket in India and still enjoys a good game with his friends. He’s eagerly awaiting the 2028 Summer Olympics, where cricket will make its debut. Coincidentally, the 2028 Olympics will be hosted in Los Angeles, and Aniket, along with his PMCM team, is pursuing various projects for the event. Who knows, maybe Orange County will get its own international-level cricket stadium, and Aniket might just be the one to manage its construction!

She has also been actively involved in Snyder Langston's Procedure Development program, helping to create and implement company standards. On the weekends, Allie enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats, Billie and Beau.
