Mehdi Sobhani

Mehdi Sobhani, M.ASCE currently resides in Irvine, California. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Shiraz University. He received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. Mr. Sobhani is currently the Manager of the Flood Control Programs for the County of Orange, responsible for managing the Flood Control Capital Improvement Program and the County’s floodplains and supporting developers and other agencies through Orange County.  Mehdi was inducted as a life member in 2013.
