Patrick R. Fuscoe

Patrick R. Fuscoe, PE, PLS, M.ASCE was born in Newcastle, Pennsylvania and currently resides in Newport Coast, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California. His field specialty is Land Development. Mr. Fuscoe worked for R.A. Meurer Engineers, Van Dell and Associates, and Fuscoe-Williams Lindgren-Short, Inc. His most gratifying position is his current position as the CEO, leading bright, activated professionals at Fuscoe Engineering, Inc.
He considers his most significant career achievement to be design and construction of Woodbridge, Irvine, a two thousand acre planned community with lakes at the age of twenty seven. Other significant career achievements include:
Starting and succeeding with a business practice
Winner of Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year
President of the Young Presidents Organization
Designed the first “bioswale” in California (1994)
Exciting project work throughout Southern California including Cars Land at Disneyland, CALTRANS LA Heights and Dana Point Harbor revitalization.
Mr. Fuscoe has been an active member of ASCE, ACEC, ULI and the BIA.
Mr. Fuscoe considers his most significant lifetime achievement is having a healthy, happy family intact for over thirty five years. He is married to Bonnie and they have two children, Patrick and Sally.
