Solidworks is a 3D CAD design, analysis, and project data management software. Adam Clark, an engineer at Boeing for more than ten years, joined us students and led us through a workshop to learn the basics of Solidworks. Adam introduced our members to the software by teaching us how to use simple commands to create a muffin pan. Students were able to learn how to make this pan and implement this creation into a 3-D printer. We want to thank Boeing for being able to hold this workshop with us and we hope to learn more about Solidworks with them in the future!
